Twenty four hours post initial treatment

The whole pond is active and bubbling with a few dark eruptions starting to appear from deep in the pond. The crust has been broken up and is floating over the pond.

One week post initial treatment

The pond is a consistency of porridge and most of the initial crusting has been broken down. There are some small pieces left at the end of the pond.

One month post initial treatment

Deep dark coloured eruptions can be seen coming from solids deep in the pond. Also note patches of grass eroding from the sides of the pond.

Three months post initial treatment

The deep eruptions have been joined on the surface with foaming activity. This is an indication of the final stages of breakdown. At this point we can start treating the daily loading of the pond. Also note the continuing breakdown of crust with grass on it to the left and at the end of the pond. This is a continuous process until the sides are cleaned up completely.
